Website Visitors

Like most websites, this site's hosting provider (Netlify) automatically receives information that web browsers and servers make available, such as your browser type, language preference, referring page, the pages you visit, the date and time of each request, and your Internet Protocol (IP) address. This information is used to keep the site running, secure, and to understand in general how visitors use it. This site does not use advertising trackers. It does use Google Analytics, described under Cookies and Analytics below.

Gathering of Personally Identifying Information

Some visitors choose to interact with this site in ways that require us to collect personal information. When you fill out the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, current location, destination base or city, move timing, housing needs (buy, rent, sell, or rent out), whether you plan to use a VA loan, and any notes you add. If you complete the feedback survey, we collect your ratings and comments. We collect this information only to respond to you and to carry out the purpose of your request. You can always choose not to provide it, though we may not be able to match you with an agent without it. Please do not put Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or other highly sensitive information in the notes field.

Protection of Certain Personally Identifying Information

We disclose your personal information only to people and organizations that need it to provide the service you asked for and that are expected to keep it confidential. That includes the real estate agent we introduce you to, and Cummings & Co. Realtors as needed to complete a referral. It also includes the service providers that host this site and receive its forms. Some of them may be located outside your home state. We do not rent or sell your information to anyone. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our property or rights, the rights of others, or the public.

Form submissions are stored in a private, password-protected back office that only Claudine Sivilla can access. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Cookies and Analytics

A cookie is a small piece of information that a website stores in your browser. This site uses Google Analytics, a service from Google, to understand in general how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors found the site, and the type of device used. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address and browsing activity on this site, which Google processes under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We use this information only in summary form to improve the site, and we do not use it for advertising. A separate security cookie is used only on the private owner login page to keep the owner signed in.

Phone and Text Messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your move. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us at any time, and we will stop contacting you that way. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Your Choices

You may ask us at any time what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email sivilla@sivillahomes.com or call (443) 718-0798. If we have already shared your information with an agent to complete a referral, we will also let that agent know about your request where we can.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

This site links to school districts, police departments, government agencies, and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
